When COVID-19 hit, NCL immediately went to work figuring out how to safely bring back cruising – a nearly unimaginable undertaking as the entire world was shutting down and it had never been done before. It required scrutinizing every detail of the business to re-think how it’s done, and full commitment from the entire Norwegian team – from the CEO to the chefs, performers, and everyone in between.
VIVA saw a unique opportunity to capture the dramatic, real-life stories of NCL employees at every level rising to the challenge of bringing industry innovation to incredible new heights. We collaborated with Norwegian’s leadership and performed a deep dive into the intricate, elaborate logistics and workings of this global operation. Our close relationship with the client facilitated the detailed discussions and creative problem-solving to arrive at a solution.
